When the beans arrived, one packet had popped and beans had spilled out. Called Ponaire to let them know and the next day i received a package from them. Was not expecting it. That was great customer service! I will be ordering more today!”

My family have been purchasing Ponaire products, since we tried one (2 years ago). We like to experiment and always buy and try different beans. We keep on going back to the Mexican Jaguar from time to time. It became our favourite. It has a strong enough and balanced taste. Nice to start our mornings with it :-)”

I found Ponaire after some googling and found this "Mexican Jaguar" by accident, not recommendation. Now I can certainly give my recommendation after trying lots of other coffee roasters. You wont be disappointed!”
