AWESOME FAST CHARGER Got it a few days early, which made me happy. And the seller was very helpful, resolving an issue I had with the outlet. This charger is AWESOME and it charge my Pacifica in 2hr.

Nice upgrade to 120v Was managing 120v charging just fine but it's nice to know I can charge a lot quicker now, when needed. Had an electric range in my garage so it was easy to make this work. Great product so far. I leave it plugged in all the time.

Good customer support, excellent product I bought this to quickly charge my new Honda Clarity PHEV. The unit and cord seems well-made and sturdy, and it works just fine. I use the HondaLink app to manage charging time and monitor progress, so I don’t need anything more than the light cues already provided on the unit. I cannot see paying another $200 or more for fancy readouts that I already have via the recently upgraded HondaLink app. Some have complained about the snug fit of the charging interface with the car, but mine is fine. After the first use, it’s quite hand in glove. Caveats: One caveat when shopping is that buyers should be aware that the cord length is measured from the plug, so always buy a longer cord than you think you need. I was accidentally sent a shorter cable than I ordered, and the company responded quickly to fix it. I had the right cable in two days, before I needed it.

Solid, should last years. Liked: - 30’ cord. Solid and flexible. - Basic functions, but really more than needed as most EV’s control the charging. The cord from your outlet doesn’t need to do much more than provide connection to car. - Good customer service with the one issue below. One issue (resolved): - RFID, which rotates the charger between current limits, stopped working in first week. Replacement RFID received from Primecom and all fixed. - related to RFID, could you document its’ use? Didn’t see any mention on the one pager documentation of what it does.

Solid performer, excellent build, fast charging This charger looks and feels well built, very sturdy, and has a very precise and good connection to the car. I have a Chevy Bolt, and looks like it’s charging at about an average of 16 miles of range per hour. Love it. Great value. Will update this review if it fails to hold up, but so far so good.

Great Charger! Everything worked well so far. The charger is 240V / 16A (3.2kW), which is faster than the backup charger I had received with my e-Golf, and of course not as fast as the 32A chargers (like this one, which are twice as fast, but twice as expensive as well. It came in a neatly packed box (can be seen in the pictures), and I would keep it, since there is a lot of cable, and the box seems to organize it well. The cable is in two pieces (again can be seen in the pictures), I'll touch that in a minute. The final connection is a NEMA 14-50 Plug, which was the one used in my workplace. I asked for the longer cable, since it allows charging when I cannot park directly next to the outlets. However there is a caveat, the longer cable should not be kept in a spool, but rather should have a random loop. Otherwise that essentially becomes a coil, heating up, and possibly causing a fire hazard. (This is general knowledge when you handle large currents over long cables). However I had issues with heating extension cables before (when I was using the 110V backup charger with a wrong extension cord). So make sure you use the correct length, and any slack is not tuned into a coil. Overall I was satisfied with the charger and for the given cable length and power level it seem like a good deal

Charges Fusion in a little over 2 hours I'm very happy with this charger. I needed a charger compatible with a L6-30 outlet and it was either this or a high-end version available on a third party site that costs nearly double than this one. The only difference between the two was that the more expensive charger came with a mount. I opted to go with this cheaper version and just by a mount separately and saved a ton of money in the process. Despite being cheaper, this charger seems very high quality and charges my Fusion from empty in just a little over two hours. I couldn't be more satisfied.
