I bought this to quickly charge my new Honda Clarity PHEV. The unit and cord seems well-made and sturdy, and it works just fine. I use the HondaLink app to manage charging time and monitor progress, so I don’t need anything more than the light cues already provided on the unit. I cannot see paying another $200 or more for fancy readouts that I already have via the recently upgraded HondaLink app. Some have complained about the snug fit of the charging interface with the car, but mine is fine. After the first use, it’s quite hand in glove.
Caveats:
One caveat when shopping is that buyers should be aware that the cord length is measured from the plug, so always buy a longer cord than you think you need. I was accidentally sent a shorter cable than I ordered, and the company responded quickly to fix it. I had the right cable in two days, before I needed it.”

“Worked from day one, installation was trivial.
I chose this particular charger because it had options for the correct plug and an extended length (35'). We had an unused dryer socket in our garage so I selected the plug that would fit. Within ten minutes of getting the charger, I had it plugged into the socket in the garage and charging our car. We now can recharge completely in about 2.5 hours rather than the six or so it takes with the 120 V charger. We still carry the original charger for longer trips where we can grab a few kWh from a motel or gas station but for everyday this charger allows us to always leave the driveway with a full charge. We really like it.”

I ordered the 50’ length in hopes I could plug into my dryer outlet and not have to hardwire in a house I may not be in more than a year. Everything came as promised except that I was a doofus and mistakenly ordered wrong plug style. Fortunately the seller was AWESOME and sent me the correct plug style right away, no charge, and only asked I return the wrong one to them.
When I received the right plug, I plugged it in to my 2019 Chevy Volt and everything appeared to be working great! But what was astounding is that it overdelivers and is EASILY 4X FASTER than the regular charger my car came with. I haven’t timed it, but can go from empty to a full charge in right about 3 hours, and that is FANTASTSTIC. Voltage is stable, no breaker issues, and a super long cord to make it around my house into my driveway. THis turned out PERFECT!! Thanks guys!”
“Works perfectly, excellent company to deal with
I can strongly recommend Primecom and their offering of vehicle chargers. I ordered the Level-2 EV, 14-50P, 30 feet, 16A and although the charger worked perfectly, the length wasn't exactly what I needed for our unique setup at our house. I contacted the seller, Primecom, and the communication with David was immediate and extremely helpful. He informed me they actually had a different charger altogether that would be perfect for our setup and he would have one shipped out to me that same day. Our EV Station is now exactly as we envisioned it, thanks to David and Primecom. I would not hesitate to contact this company to discuss what the right solution is for your setup, they've been extremely helpful the entire process. Very rare these days. “Charges Fusion in a little over 2 hours
I'm very happy with this charger. I needed a charger compatible with a L6-30 outlet and it was either this or a high-end version available on a third party site that costs nearly double than this one. The only difference between the two was that the more expensive charger came with a mount. I opted to go with this cheaper version and just by a mount separately and saved a ton of money in the process. Despite being cheaper, this charger seems very high quality and charges my Fusion from empty in just a little over two hours. I couldn't be more satisfied.”
