“I had needed the charger on a Saturday, so I chose the high cost Saturday delivery and then they shipped it via USPS ignoring my request because they thought I'd get it by Saturday. They did the right thing and refunded me the shipping cost since it did not arrive on time, but that was a bad taste in my mouth.
Additionally, I would highly suggest they have a professional editor review their documents that are included as they're not grammatically correct, and I think there's some glaring word issues.
At the end of the day, the charger does work, and I've used it many times now. I do wish the cord didn't have to be so thick as my door cannot close (I ordered the 50' because I can't use my garage in the winter), but I suppose that's the nature of science.”
