“Since an Electrician was going to charge $1,500 to run a L2 line to the garage where I park my Honda Clarity, I decided to try using a 30 AMP Dryer Outlet that's already there to charge my Honda Clarity from time to time when I can't wait for an overnight charge; however, I wanted a charger that would demand marginally less than than 30 AMP for safety reasons on that circuit. FURTHER: I also wanted a charger that I could easily switch over to a 110-volt outlet for the vast majority of the time. However, the cable that came with the car was not long enough to easily reach the outlet in my garage. THIS CHARGER WAS THE PERFECT SOLUTION....It has the ability to preset the demand based on AMPS available so you know for certain you are not pulling too much through the circuit and looking for trouble. Not only that, their Customer Service is phenomenal - I spoke with David. Since I was planning on a dual application of L1 and L2 for the same cable, I called the manufacturer and asked if they offer an adapter for the 110-volt that would match the 14-30P connector on the charger needed for my dryer outlet since I didn't see the configuration I needed on Amazon. They were able to customize the charger plug and a 110-volt outlet adapter, as well as the length to exactly what I needed. David also explained that they use 100% copper wire so the voltage doesn't drop on longer charger cables before reaching the car, and you don't lose out while paying for the full cost of electricity with only part of the benefit. This was a perfect solution and the best possible outcome for flexibility. Can't recommend this product enough! Very happy!”

“A well engineered product. This company clearly understands consumers need some flexibility since they offer many kinds of plus types. Plus I love the fact that even with a 220V outlet they are limiting the current to 16 amps, thereby prolonging the battery but not exposing it to higher current charges. This is perfect for the home charging station.”

“We're new to the EV world and just decided that it was time. The fellow from the seller called me and requested that I send him a picture of the outlet I was intending to use so that he could be sure I was receiving the correct charger. I was impressed by his ethic to ensure the proper product was delivered to us. The unit itself is very easy to mount on the wall and then that's it, just turn it on, plug it into your car, and when you get up in the morning you are charged and ready to go. Very nice unit and I would buy it again.”

“I got the 40 Amp charger with a 40' cord. The quality of all the components is excellent. More features than I needed, and $75 less than the Tesla charger (with 20' cord). Because my detached garage is quite a distance from my house, I was facing a huge installation charge. However, with the 40' cord, I am able to install the charger on my house, and I saved about $4000.00! Best of all, working with David has been the best buying experience ever! He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions on 3 phone calls. Great tech support, kindness, patience and generosity. In this era of ignoring customer requests, he is a real gem.
