“I ordered the 10-30P 35" version for my Volt. The charger worked great the 1st night but was dead by the 3rd night. I contacted the seller (Primecom) through email & in a few hours David called me. Since I was close (San Jose) to his location he tested a new cable & had it delivered that evening. I know I was lucky to be close by but was amazed he offered to have it exchanged same day. Thanks!”

“Nice unit with 2 hidden jems I was going to purchase this unit and an adapter to work in a NEMA 14-50 connector so I would have option to charge at RV parks and hotels with RV outlets across the country. When the unit arrived, I found that the NEMA 6-50P connector is a removable adapter that becomes a NEMA 14-50 connector when removed. The other surprise is that there is a black rain cover included for the connection to keep rain out after disconnecting. So, this unit is compatible with thousands of non-tesla chargers across the country.”

“Fast!!! Went through two other chargers before this one. This one is more expensive than. Lot of other non wall mount models. But it is worth it! The charge is fast, if your house can handle the full 32 amps it will charge quick. I use it on my bmw i3 with the 33kw battery, charges from 20 % to 100 in about four hours”

“Works for 2015 Chevy Volt Perfect I recently moved into a 100 year old with no exterior outlets or a garage. Was in a bind trying to figure out how to charge my 2015 Chevy Volt. This allows me to use the 240v dryer outlet I have inside the house. The cord is long enough to span the distance of my house from the laundry room in the front and make it all the way to back of my driveway. It's worked perfect! Full charge in under 4 hours. No need for an electrician or a fancy charging station. Absolutely worth the cost. I've been using the charger for 3 months every day now completely outside, no cover in rain and snow and have not had any charging issues.”
