Works great! No extention cords needed! Works great with my Fiat 500e. Charge times are accurate. Took about 6 hours 45 min to charge from 6% to 100% with the 50 foot cable. Very simple but sturdy device. There's faster chargers out there, but I'm very satisfied with the performance since I made the purchase for the 50 foot length.

Simply a great product I was skeptical of all the 5 star reviews, but it just works. David, who answered the phone when I called, was also a wealth of information on general questions about charging for a BMW i3. I.e. what type of wire to have installed for the outlet, which type of plug will set you up for the future of EV's, etc...Great product and great customer service. I have never seen the point in the extensive charging stations with wifi, notifications, etc...

Really speeds up charging. I recently purchased a Chrysler Pacifica Plug in hybrid. It came with a 120V charging cable that works fine but takes 14 hours to charge. This new 220v charging cable charges in less than 3 hours. And for much less than a factory installed charging station

A great value I had a previous large wall charger that had worked for years and suddenly no longer worked and I had paid almost $1000 for it. It required a 30 amp 220v circuit. Most of the new wall mounted ones require at least 40 amps which would mean a large expense to up grade. I found this one that required less than than a 30 amp circuit. This unit is much small and works very well and only takes a few minutes longer than my previous one to fully charge you vehicle. the only issues #1 I ordered it with the 30A plug and it came with a 50A plug so I had to change the receptacle. #2 sometimes it is difficult to remove the charger from the vehicle.

High quality and does just what it should I bought this to plug my Chevy Volt into a 240 my neighbor had installed to charge his Tesla. There is just not a lot to say. It's sturdy and high quality, plugs in and removes easily from both the car and the outlet. The cord is good and long so you have some latitude in how close you need to park to the outlet. Does exactly what you buy it to do. (Update) On further thought...a month later, and it is working just fine. I realize that getting charging accessories for your EV can be somewhat nerve-wracking--especially for those of us who support the technology, but are not complete EV nerds, and simply want it to work. I am always nervous that the support equipment I buy is built properly and won't cause damage to, or completely ruin, the car or the charge point. This charger has worked perfectly.

Good well designed Level 2 Charger Seems like a very well built Level 2 charging cord. I just got a plug-in hybrid and the level 1 charger that comes with it is both slow (no surprise) and short. I have a unused "welder" 10-30 220 outlet in the garage and found this Level 2 charger with the included proper plug. I bought the 35 ft, for a few dollars more than the 30 for potential future insurance but it also gives me flexibility in parking the car. The cord is very heavy duty and seems correctly rated for the length and power, but still fits under the garage door. This allow me to charge at top speed, 16A, because the onboard charger is rated for 3.8 kW
