“I purchased a 2016 Chevy Spark and needed a level 2 charger with the ability to be both level 1 and 2 charger for a regular outlet and a dryer 240 outlet. I spoke to someone at the company who helped guide me on the website to order everything I needed for my needs. It works so well, twice as fast as my factory charger and made much better. I love that this is 30 ft long. All others I looked at were only 20 ft, which would have made it difficult for me to reach my car in the driveway.”

“Why has my account not been refunded? You sent the wrong product. You received the product back and have had time to process the refund but it has not been processed. Most retailers process the return as soon as they see UPS has the product in transit. I do appreciate being sent the wrong product. Charging my account then floating my cash.”

“I just love my charger. I needed the extra feet and I was able to get it. What I like the best is the cord is flexible and e-z to handle. This is one time the quality fair out ways the price. I would recommend to my friends.”
