Re-marking can either be behavioral, pheromonal, or both. Pristine Pet can't help with behavioral issues, however, it will eliminate the odors, if that's the cause. Please try fully saturating the area so the solution can completely penetrate the area. Oftentimes the urine gets deep into the surface. Give us a call if we can assist in any way :)
