Hi Kandi. We're here to help you find success. Pristine Pet uses a natural oxidizing agent to break down stains. They literally evaporate. So it's very common for the smell to get worse (as the gross stuff evaporates) before it gets better. Also keep in mind that in order for it to work it needs to get as deep as the urine. If it cannot reach the urine it can't remove it. Often times customers will pour the product on the surface to ensure complete saturation.

Hi Jacqueline. Thanks for your review. What you're seeing under the UV light is the leftover sodium crystals which are naturally found in urine. They're kind of like table salt. Pristine Pet will remove the stain and odor but you need to extract the crystals with a vacuum for them to fully disappear. Feel free to give us a call and we can walk you through this :)
