“Previously owning an XV & regularly getting it serviced at Subaru they would always supply one of these bottles to use between services apparently to remove carbon buildup. Recently I purchased a friends Subaru & they hadn't been supplied this from their local mechanic. I purchased this as a just in case measure as it seems to be a recommended product from Subaru.”
