These are so comfortable that I can wear it all day without issues and yet, they are compressive enough for me to be able to go for a run in it as well. I usually wear a 34B, purchased a small in the Bare and love the way it fits me. I could probably size up to a Medium (like I have in the Sariya), but like the compressive feeling of the Small. “This bra is SO comfortable. I typically wear a 34B and the medium fits me perfectly. It’s not too tight and it’s just the right about of coverage and hold for my chest. The cross in the back is absolutely stunning. I have had some bras (by other brands) with a lot of crossings in the back which can sometimes make it uncomfortable for back squats, but let me just tell you that this bra is the bra to wear for back squats with a barbell!!!
