“These are true to size. I normally buy size M in sports bras and size M in this fits me perfectly. It digs a little bit into my shoulders but it's not that uncomfortable and actually I felt good in this bra during my entire workout. I have the grey in small and the spice in medium and let me tell you, if you have a long torso and tend to be in between sizes then size up. The small straps do tend to dig into me but its bearable. The medium straps fit perfect! Gives me support without being "tight" and i dont notice that its too big anywhere else. If you like being comfy, get these!”
