I typically size up to medium for a less compressive feel, but these offer enough stretch that I could have went with a small. The 6" sizing is perfect. I’m 5’5 and the shorts go to my mid thighs. They hold up nicely during workouts and hide sweat so no worries there”

True to size medium (I can sometimes get larges to accommodate my thighs) but I did not find this necessary with these.
