“I usually only buy 4 inch shorts but I loved these. The fabric feels thick and soft and they are long enough to keep my thighs from rubbing when I run -yay! You can pull the legs up if you prefer the shorter look.”
“The fabric of these shorts is unreal! So freaking soft with a good amount of stretch. I typically size up to a large in shorts to give myself room in the thigh but I stuck with my normal medium and honestly I think they would have been fine either size. It just depends what level of compression you prefer.”
“Sierra fabric is in my top 2 of P'tula fabrics!!!! It is a soft, brushed material that is so comfortable and flattering. I heard it was compressive so I decided to size up to a medium to give myself extra space in the quads and I'm definitely glad that I did that!!! I love the fit of these. They give me enough room in the quads while still giving me some compression! They are extremely flattering (they have a hidden scrunch inside the shorts). I can't express how much I love these!!!! I will definitely be snagging sierra shorts in other colors once they launch (i'm so excited for more colors!!!)
FYI: I'm 5'6, 130 lbs and typically a size small but probably will start sizing up to mediums in sierra shorts (possibly leggings too)”
“As always I’m hesitant when it comes to new pieces. But y’all these are just wow! So flattering! I didn’t feel like it accentuates my mom pooch so that was a plus for me. I didn’t deal with CT like I have in another style. I’m glad Sami hid the scrunch because the visible scrunch style is not cute. So thank you for that Sami! I did size up in these from small to medium and I’m so glad I did because the compression was just right. I’m 5’2” 125lbs and got both black and cactus.”

“The fabric of these shorts is so buttery & beautiful. Slight more compression in the waist than the Casseys. But it’s a nice, held in feel. I like to size up in all shorts, and these were no different! Gives me some extra thigh room. But the holy grail of these shorts is an elastic glute seam! Not a scrunch butt, because that’s sometimes tacky looking. But it just pulls that seam nicely between the cheeks and legit looks STUNNING!!! I’m 5’4 and about 140# with most weight in lower body. Wearing size M in shorts and S in leggings.”
