“Super cute design, it simply didn’t fit.
This bra is super flattering and has a nice soft brushed material. It fit perfect around the chest and bust.
However, the straps were about 1” too long, causing the gaping around the chest and shoulders. I tried pulling it down lower so the straps sat snug on my shoulders, but I wasn’t able to move freely without flashing the girls. Sizing down might help, but then the band would be too snug around my ribcage. If this sports bra is revised in the future, I would repurchase!
For reference 5’7” 145lbs. Bust: 33” Waist: 28” Size small sportsbras”
“I'm 5'0" with a 32-33" bust (32B-ish bra size), and muscular build. I got the Bubblegum and Dark Slate and don't feel like there's any fit difference between the two. I'm somewhere between XS and Small in P'tula sports bras and opted for the XS, particularly since some spokesmodels commented on needing to size down because of longer strap length. I'm glad I sized down because the boost it gives my lil ladies is incredible, and the taper up from the band to armpits is so comfortable; no squeezing or spilling out on the sides! The back strap is much needed and helps maintain comfort so the shoulder straps don't slip off.
My only complaint is that the straps are a bit long, so this almost fits me like a longline bra. If my chest were any bigger, I would probably spill out of a size Small just given how lowcut it fits with the long straps. I understand and think it's great that P'tula has lengthened straps on a lot of their tanks and bras to to accommodate larger busts, but it's at the expense of smaller sizes that don't need extra strap length.
Outside of wanting shorter shoulder straps, this neckline is so dang flattering on large and small busts, wide and narrow shoulders alike and I really hope to see this become a staple P'tula piece in future launches!”
“I’ve bought from Ptula before and I’m quite disappointed with my items from this collection. I ordered a medium in this bra which is my true size and it’s very loose at the straps with quite a bit of cleavage. Unfortunate considering I have other medium sized bras from Ptula and they’re super tight. I wear a 34D for reference. Also I’m from Canada so I pay quite a bit for Ptula not to be great and can’t return :(”
“I can't believe I'm saying this but this bra is awful. I wanted to like it so much and I was so excited to get it, and now I have it and it's a terrible fit. I cannot believe how much money I spent on this for it to be so bad. I almost always wear a small in P'tula sports bras... Bare V, Simply Bare, Bralette, even the old school Sariya and Veronica -- all smalls. I got this one in a small as well but it's just not right. The shoulder straps are WAY too long. If I pull the underbust band down to where the shoulder straps feel snug, my chest is not well covered and I feel like I'm spilling out over the top if the bra. If I tug the bra up a bit so that I feel contained, the straps are too long and there's gaping on the sides near my armpits. Luckily the single strap across the back keeps the should straps from slipping down but regardless, there's still no good way for me to wear this and feel like it's fitting right. I'm 5'7" (so I should be tall enough for the shoulder straps to fit me properly) with a 36B chest (sometimes borderline 36C on certain days) and I got the small. Is it too big? Should I have gone down to an XS? I know the Sierra fabric is very stretchy but at no time in this world am I ever an XS so I couldn't imagine ordering that for myself. If it's true, then the sizing is really off for EVERYONE. I'm thrown off by all the spokes models too because they all raved about this bra. Did no one else have ANY issues with it or are they all just saying what they know they're supposed to say to represent the brand?”

“I’ve bought Ptula before and I’m disappointed with these pink items. I’d say I'm in between a medium/large in their sports bras so I went with a medium and it’s loose. I wish I could return but I’m from Canada. The shorts are super thin and you can see your underwear very easily. Won’t be wearing either item and I paid a lot extra for them. Disappointing.”
“My ptula bra tts is a large (diamondback/bare v/lounge rib/cecilie), with all fitting perfect except some slight front spillage on the cecilie. I have 3 issues with this bra: 1) It had some gaping issues for me around the armpit, but sizing up/down definitely isn't an option. My normal bra size is likely around a 36G. 2) With having a larger chest, it was hard to keep the "v" centered when moving to mimic being in the gym, and it looks weird off center. 3) I also didn't love the bar across the back. In the few minutes I had the bra on, I couldn't keep it flat for more than a few seconds at a time. It kept rolling up. I'll be returning this and the shorts.”
