Dark & Stormy Marmalade - made famous as the same recipe taken up Mt Everest with Edmund Hillary on his and the first conquest of the famed summit. You will feel like a bold adventurers and be imbued with vim and vigour with this breakfast marmalade! Recipe includes spiced rum, ginger, treacle and dark sugar. This is the Stout beer of Marmalades - one taste and you will be hooked!   As with all our products this is Gluten Free and Vegan. We are All Natural and use no added artificial preservatives, colouring or additives. Our preserves are made fresh with seasonal fruit, low sugar and have a best before of one year; best to keep in the fridge after opening. We find these products taste so fresh and great that most people will consume them within a month or two. For some though it can be even quicker :-)

It was not what I expected did not taste like dark and stormy and very weak and Almost alike normal marmalade and as well it was runnie unlike normal marmalade

so this is an interesting one, not sweet and not bitter, perfectly balanced inbetween. delightful on scones, toast or crumpets. a winner!
