Easter time means Hot Crossed Buns - well what better way to have with them - than lavished with our seasonal and limited edition Easter Jam! This jam will be sure to make you feel like one happy bunny! Our Easter Jam consists of our four berry jam (strawberry, blackberry, raspberry & blueberry) infused with organic roasted cacao nibs and pure organic cacao powder.  The berries team so well with the highly anti-oxidant chocolate elements making you wish Easter lasted all year long! Our mouths are watering just typing this out... This is a truly special jam for someone who has everything or deserves a little Easter reward! It certainly won't last long so make sure you order quickly. Unlike many chocolate products, cacao nibs are naturally low in sugar. They’re also a good source of fiber, protein, and healthy fats — nutrients that help promote feelings of fullness.  These rich, chocolatey nibs are loaded with nutrients and powerful plant compounds that have been shown to benefit health in many ways. A jam that tastes fantastic and is better for you - does it get any better than that! As with all our products, we are All Natural and use no added artificial preservatives, colouring or additives. Our preserves are made fresh with seasonal fruit, low sugar and have a best before of one year; just best to keep in the fridge after opening. We find these products taste so fresh and great that most people will consume them within a month or two. For some though it can be even quicker :-)

Quincy Jones Jam is superior in every way! I bought a delicious new jam from Quincy Jones - the Easter Jam - rich with berries, spices and chocolate and designed to go with Hot Cross Buns. It is totally delicious on all kinds of sweet buns and I also made it into a lovely Easter pudding! To make the pudding, lavisciously spread the jam on your 6 brioche sliders or hot cross buns and layer in a buttered dish. Add some more chocolate chips for added chocolatiness! (I had a couple of sliders leftover so I blitzed them in the food processor with sugar and cinnamon to make a topping.) Pour over 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tsp Vanilla and 1 cup of milk beaten together until mixed. The let set in the fridge overnight. Next morning add the topping and bake at 180C for approx 35 minutes until set. Serve with cream, custard or ice cream for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Enjoy as we did!

Delicious with a capital D! I ordered the Easter Jam and have been eating it on scones with cream- it isn’t too sweet, a little berry tartness and is so good with cream and my date scones.
