This Lime & Gin Marmalade is truly refined. Australian grown Tahitian Limes are cooked perfectly with Juniper Berries and a generous splash of Gin at the end. The alcohol may cook off, however, a beautiful taste remains that combines to create a tangy yet smooth & zesty lime marmalade masterpiece. A must for true marmalade aficionados.
Packed with Vitamin C this Lime and Gin Marmalade is a great way to start the day. Limes were traditionally used to keep scurvy away for all the sea-dogs out there!
As with all our products, this is Gluten Free and Vegan. We are All Natural and use no added artificial preservatives, colouring or additives. Our preserves are made fresh with seasonal fruit, low sugar and have a best before of one year; just best to keep in the fridge after opening. We find these products taste so fresh and great that most people will consume them within a month or two. For some though it can be even quicker :-)
