Quincey Jones Jelly Preserves Pineapple & Star Anise Relish Reviews

What's not to love about Australian Pineapples; they have practically zero fat, are high in vitamin c and are full of the flavour of Queensland sunshine. It may be 70's retro but then again that is why it's cool again. I am sure a few out there would be familiar with the play Abigail's party and the making of the party classic Pineapple & Cheese skewers! Well we have definitely channeled that foodie moment with our Pineapple & Star Anise Relish.  Lots of fresh spices including fresh ginger, lemongrass, lime juice, chilli flakes, cinnamon, cracked pepper and of course start anise make this relish a fusion flavour explosion for the taste buds. This is very in-vogue for Australian-fusion inspired tastes. While this relish will be perfect with cheese and crackers we certainly wouldn't stop there, try it with pulled pork sliders, glaze a ham or with slap it with some bbq pork bao buns! Now that is eating! As with all our products, this is Gluten Free and Vegan. We are All Natural and use no added artificial preservatives, colouring or additives. Our preserves are made fresh with seasonal fruit, low sugar and have a best before of one year; just best to keep in the fridge after opening. We find these products taste so fresh and great that most people will consume them within a month or two. For some though it can be even quicker :-)
