Strawberry & Pimms Jam (190ml) Reviews

Read Quincey Jones Jelly Preserves Co. Reviews

Traditional recipe with a twist, our award winning strawberry jam made with just a shot of Pimm's which adds a new levels of sophistication to the flavour of an old favourite. Just like with the Orange Whiskey Marmalade the Pimm's is added during the final stages with time for the alcohol to boil off while allowing the flavour to fuse through. As the Alcohol is cooked off the final product contains no alcohol content but the flavour imparted is delicious! Pair with anything you would normally use strawberry jam on but a particular favourite here is with scones, cream and a cup of tea. At Quincey Jones Jelly we use less sugar than comparable mass produced commercial products, not only does this allow the taste of the fruits to shine through, but they are better for you.  As with all our products, this is Gluten Free and Vegan. We are All Natural and use no added artificial preservatives, colouring or additives. Our preserves are made fresh with seasonal fruit, low sugar and have a best before of one year; just best to keep in the fridge after opening. We find these products taste so fresh and great that most people will consume them within a month or two. For some though it can be even quicker :-)

So good I could forgo my Pimm's cocktails (almost), definitely a scrumptious summertime spritzy spread! Do yourself a favour and put it on your pastry. You won't regret it.
