“This ring is even more dainty and detailed than I'd envisioned. It arrived very thoughtfully and carefully packaged, it's perfectly symmetric, it has solid, sturdy prongs and settings, and the overall workmanship is just amazing. The band is on the thinner side, but it's very sturdy, and it's absolutely perfect next to my thinner wedding band.
The customer service was also outstanding! Every possible question I had, even the ones that probably sounded stupid, were answered quickly and kindly, and the manufacturer was not only able to get the engraving perfect, but was also able to custom set the diamond with 3 prongs at my request (the original setting uses 5 prongs for pear diamonds).
