“The ring came out amazing! I was a little nervous about ordering an engagement ring online but the price was right so I pulled the trigger and came out with an absolutely amazing ring. The only issue I had (my own fault), was i recently moved and shipped the ring to my old address on accident. Luckily the shipping company caught it and contacted me. I had to contact Rare Carat to change the shipping terms and they were very helpful fixing the issue immediately. I was able to pickup the item within an hour. The customer service representative was very polite and made me feel like I was a very high valued customer, even with the stupid mistake I made. Rare Carat is amazing!
