I chatted a few times with the reps and they were very helpful even looking up carat sizes and ratios of previously purchased rings of the style I wanted because I wanted a middle ratio and carat choice. I was able to get a natural diamond and I really wanted a yellow one which some sites are so set on colorless they rarely offer. We are happy and get tons of compliments and it was very affordable with constant updates on when it was being made and delivered.”
