“first off, I must say your service is no.1
your email updates are really reassuring for the buyer, and i got my product delivered within i think 3 days, which was great.
My only quibble is with the item itself. according to the parts diagram, and parts number these are the rod-ends recommended. The difference being that these have short pivot balls. where as the ones i need for the turn buckle to replace have the long pivot balls.
To get around it i had to pop out the original long one and transfer it over to the new rod end.
