We would like to clarify that experiencing a particular skin reaction, or not experiencing the reaction expected, does not in itself indicate that a product is not genuine. When you initially contacted us, you were only one day into the recommended seven-day treatment period and advised that you had not experienced the expected reaction. As a distributor, we cannot assess individual skin responses or provide medical advice, which is why we recommended speaking with your medical professional for appropriate guidance. We have no evidence to suggest that the Mesoestetic Cosmelan Pack supplied to you was not genuine. As the product was subsequently fully used, it could not be returned to us for inspection or refund. “incomplete package and extremely short date”

We weren’t aware of any concern regarding the package being incomplete, as this wasn’t raised with our team at the time. “I purchased the Mesoesthic Cosmelan peel pack 1. I was a bit sceptical after reading the negative reviews on it. However, I went ahead and purchased it. I had already had the cosmelan peel pack 1 at a reputable clinic over 3 years ago which I had over 98% results. The in clinic treatments for cosmelan peel pack 1 are very expensive and I had a few stubborn pigmentation patches left. I used the Reliable Medical cosmelan peel pack 1 kit and was amazed by the results. It is the genuine product although the consistency was different to what I had in clinic. The product worked, if you follow the protocol in using it correctly. I will be ordering again in the future for the maintenance. Thank you Reliable Medical.”
