“I have wanted a Remoska Dua for a while and I am not disappointed. The pan is my preferred type free of the non stick coating so you do need to use a spray of oil if cooking anything directly in the pan without liquid. It also benefits from a removable cable which makes it easier to handle the potentially hot lid and also easier to store in a cupboard.
