“Two of the four knobs I purchased repeatedly fell off the brass mounts. They need to be properly fixed. The screws actually push the glass knobs off the base plates. Not that happy with this purchase...they looked ok but did not seem to be well fabricated. However, since posting this review I realise that by cutting the screws down the problem could be easily resolved and that instructions suggesting this are usually packaged with the products. Restoration Online have responded very promptly and the matter has been resolved successfully and in a generous manner. I have since managed to make adjustments and the knobs are well secured. Thanks very much!”
