“The knobs themselves are beautiful; exactly what I wanted.
The screws supplied did not fit the holes. They only went in about 2mm and jammed. I spent a couple of days finding a solution, and I shouldn’t have had to do this.”

“Very disappointed with the customer service and returns process, would not recommend.
Some items come direct from supplier, I received a door knob wrapped in newspaper in a generic non-branded box, not an issue but when I came to return due to wrong size they wouldn’t accept it due to packaging!! They also said the knob was damaged, despite being completely unused. Even though the item did not come from them (not sighted at all), any product issues are non-disputable. Very unprofessional and something very dishonest in the process. To top it off, they are also changing me for them to post the knob back to me! Will never use again and extremely disappointed.”

“Item packed with glass already fit. The edges were all cracked, and shards of glass floating around in the box.
Maybe re think packaging for item.
Item also pretty flimsy for price point, but thats like most light fixtures at the moment.”
