“Looks great, however all electricians have asked the same question about certification (which it does have) and the time to install is about 10 times longer than standard power outlet which ends up being more expensive for labour, hence 3 stars”
“I had this beautiful door handle put onto my existing hallway door and it looks lovely but it's stiff to push down to make the door open. The metal surround plate is much narrower than the hole made for the previous standard door handle so the gaps around the sides had to be filled in. This handle might work better on a new door with no existing hole.”
“The product is not quite what was expected. There are three issues:
1. The screws provided for the backing plate are 25mm and too long for fitting over a mortice lock on a standard 40 mm thick internal door. The screws need to be no longer than 15mm and FULL thread;
2. It is impossible to drill screw holes squarely and align the backing plate screws accurately and without binding due to the knob being fixed to the backing plate and is thus in the way. The traditional Victorian knobs use grub screw/s to hold the knob to the shaft and allow you to fit and screw the back plate/s in place before attaching the knob.
3. There is no fitting instruction sheet provided - which should show how to overcome points 1 and 2 above.
Otherwise the general quality and finish is ok.”

“After 8 weeks of wait time to receive our anti tarnish plated tap, it arrived with issues to the plating. We waited an additional 6 weeks for a replacement and it also arrived with blemishes to the plating. Besides these issues, the tap itself is rather sturdy so far. As there are limited pictures, we weren’t sure what to expect. It’s a beautiful looking tap on the shiny side.
I must say that customer service were so lovely to deal with and very helpful- the issues were out of their hands so I appreciate that they did the best that they could. It’s a shame that there isn’t better quality checks before products are sent.”
