“These switches look fantastic but the quality of the switch mechanism is really poor. The toggle doesn't stay fixed and makes it hard to use so either it's really stiff or it's really loose and they constantly feel like they are going to break, sometimes the entire casing a switch fall apart in your hand. We have had to have 50% of them replaced (under warranty) within 18 months of having them installed. This of course incurred electrician's fees that aren't part of the warranty. Since then 50% of the replacement ones have had the same issues. If I could do my time again I would have chosen something else.”
“Almost every single one we ordered broke. The glue is really poor, doesn’t hold the screw in place and with only minimal use the porcelain just crumbled and cracked off in chunks. Complete waste of money.”
