“This beautiful looking brass door bell often fails to work properly. We now have had friends phone us from the front door because they can’t make us hear that they have arrived. The bell housing winds itself loose after a few uses, and the striker can’t reach it. So, the service and delivery was good, as was the concept but a fail in execution.
Sadly, we are now looking for a replacement that works all the time.”
“Didn’t end up using this as the button was sticky and although we tried lubricating it, it would still get stuck which resulted in my doorbell burning out. Looks great, but I think with it being slightly warped caught the issue. It did look gorgeous though”
“Initially very impressed and were used in pairs as a clasp for a bespoke tool chest lid. However, after only brief usage the ring broke on one of the clasps.”
“Look nice but not very good quality. 2 panels of glass were broken which I had to replace myself because I didn't open the packages until we were ready to put them up so was out of the return period. When we went to put the new panels in it was almost impossible to put back together again. Took two of us to try and hold all the pieces in place while we screwed it up as each piece holds another piece. Would not recommend.”
