“The sink looks great and was generally what we expected. Unfortunately the measurements are not exactly described which is a problem when you have the cabinetry designed to fit the sink. Instead of being 595 wide it was actually 600. A simple thing that really should be accurate for a company that relies on purchases on-line”
“The lower clamp should have 4 screw holes, not 2. The screws provided were too big to go all the way through the holes in the brass guides. When I screwed it in they hit the shank and bottomed before the head pulled in which stripped the wood this annoyed me the most. Some sort of covers for the threads would also be better. I was happy with the speed of delivery and for the price, I didn't expect it to be perfect.”
“The worst quality product. Cheap materials, handle comes in three parts which screw together - the thread is unreliable and a few of mine fell apart. The screws to install it are also too short, so only work property on flat panel laminate. I had to buy longer ones to use the handles on a profiled door.
I had tried to return this product but the supplier charges a restocking fee of $150, so tried to make them work. Long story short, I will never purchase from them again.”
“The doorhandle was acceptable but one of the small screws that inserts into the stem of the knob and fixes it firmly to the steel rod that connects both knobs WOULD NOT FIT AND WE HAVE SILENTLY BORNE THE FACT THAT THE HANDLE IS NOT FIRM. I have been too busy to get back to you on this but it is a poor result. My number is 0416111191”
“Looks sharp and great for a door that is set back from the frame front. However, paint seems to be wearing at the contact point already after less than a month's use to reveal the brass underneath.”
“A little bit disappointed with this purchase . The handle tended to stick either in the upward or downward position and my builder ended up having to progressively loosen up the tension on the screws until the handle was able to return to a horizontal position .”
“The light looks nice but it didn't come with a mounting bracket. I contacted Restoration Online and was told that the electrician I hire will have the required bracket. However, my electrician said he had never installed a light fitting that didn't come with brackets. So i can't have the light mounted unless I pay a lot of money for someone to custom make a bracket.
The product is not fully inclusive of the required parts, and the dealer has not ensured that the product they sell includes the necessary mounting hardware. Can say that I wont buy from Restoration Online again as I just may get another product that has required parts missing.”
