“The doorhandle was acceptable but one of the small screws that inserts into the stem of the knob and fixes it firmly to the steel rod that connects both knobs WOULD NOT FIT AND WE HAVE SILENTLY BORNE THE FACT THAT THE HANDLE IS NOT FIRM. “Looks sharp and great for a door that is set back from the frame front. However, paint seems to be wearing at the contact point already after less than a month's use to reveal the brass underneath.”
“A little bit disappointed with this purchase . The handle tended to stick either in the upward or downward position and my builder ended up having to progressively loosen up the tension on the screws until the handle was able to return to a horizontal position .”
“The light looks nice but it didn't come with a mounting bracket. I contacted Restoration Online and was told that the electrician I hire will have the required bracket. However, my electrician said he had never installed a light fitting that didn't come with brackets. So i can't have the light mounted unless I pay a lot of money for someone to custom make a bracket.
The product is not fully inclusive of the required parts, and the dealer has not ensured that the product they sell includes the necessary mounting hardware. Can say that I wont buy from Restoration Online again as I just may get another product that has required parts missing.”
