“Very pink in colour. the photo really has a different tone. Just be careful when ordering through here as if you have to return something you are charged an initial shipping fee then return postage and then a restocking fee! I got caught out. it wasnt until i asked about returning that i was sent the terms about the restocking fees. Also item took a lot longere to arrive as apparently (after i contacted the buisness) there was some computer glitch that then meant that i waited a fair bit longer to recieve the items and missed the opportunity to have our builder install them. Really unfortunate experience.”

We do state in our returns policy which is available on our website, that return shipping is at your expense, and that some manufacturers charge a restocking fee. We don't charge one ourselves, but we have to pass this on unfortunately.
Regarding the colour, I have sent you an email if you can reply with some photos, if you belive the item is not as advertised, so we can pass this on to the manufacturer.

“Door knocker screws are so long they go through my door to other side then still stick out 3cm on the inside of the door..
Went to bunnings to find perfect screws that fit but haven't been successful yet..
I won't be installing it till I can find something to screw it on with..
I find this product not the best because I can't even install it without it destroying the look of my front door from the inside.
I could probably cut the screws in half but I'm a woman I don't own something that can cut through a screw.”

Thank you for your review and we're sorry to hear you're not happy with your purchase. These door knockers are designed to be installed by a tradesperson who would have the right tools to cut down the screw.
The screws are longer so that they will fit a range of door sizes. Unfortunately out supplier doesn't offer shorter screws for these.

Thanks for reviewing our Tradco Rebated Euro Mortice Lock - 46mm Backset - Matte Black. I’m so sorry to hear you had some issues with this item.
This is certainly not the way this product is designed to work. If the lock is faulty, these are covered by a 10 year mechanical warranty –the manufacturer will need photos/videos showing the issue, so if they have been removed from the doors that would make a warranty claim difficult.
It is possible that this could have been an installation issue, or possibly the wrong product for your doors. They are designed for rebated double doors with a 46mm backset size.
