Unfortunately there really bad quality from the others that I still have on dresser.. I will have to buy some more so it all looks the same..;(…. But will unfortunately have to buy else where first to see if better quality

Was sent a generic privacy lock, not N2LOK I was trying to replace. Quality was poor, broke instantly.

Was disappointed it didn't come with brass screws to match the brass plate. Using it to repair an antique writing desk.

Read the online information very carefully. We were of the conviction that the light fitting would be all metal and crystal, especially for the price we paid. We were saddened to find that there is some glass, but most is plastic. Not a good look in an olde country homestead ! We feel a bit tricked as one can't tell from photos. Would not have bought it if we had known, and we didn't have the time to return it and find another because the house was being sold. Internet buying certainly does not replace personal in-shop inspections. We have been caught out like this a few times now. . . . it won't happen again !

Very disapointed in my purchase of Hepburn knobs and pull. The pull doesn't fit my shaker draws and I was hoping to return, purchase something different - but the 21 day return is only for unopened - and well need to open to check these things. Very deceiving - an expensive error. On this note, I would not buy Hepburn products in the future. Restoration staff have been helpful - but I feel like they need to list this more clearly on their website.

I purchased 6 coat hooks last month. The main arm on two of the hooks were bent so as to be very noticeable I managed to almost remove the bend in one unit and could not complete the other due to my fear of it breaking with undue force. I did not return the hooks due to a time constraint on completing the job. A further comment I would make is that the slots on the supplied screws are not deep enough. I make this observation from having been a shipwright/boatbuilder for 62 years........Thank you
