“I cannot write a review of the waste basket yet, as I actually purchased a Belfast sink, which is awaiting the cabinet maker, installing my new kitchen. It is not yet unpacked!”
“The lock does its job however, I purchased Euro Cyclinder with Thumbturn as I thought it would be a simple locking mechanism (turn once or twice to lock). The thumbturn feels rattly/loose and is not convenient taking 2 full turns to lock completely but then turns past the point of locking/unlocking. It is not quick to lock/unlock the front door!”
“Doesn't work as the connection between the tap turn and the latch is loose. I have to physically push the latch into the cupboard (and I use this cupboard often). Total waste of money. And I'd note, this was a replacement for one of 2 of these latches I bought from Restoration Online 10 years ago. BOTH died after 10 years where the tap turn handle snapped off. This is cheap Chinese rubbish, as are the brass light fittings I bought from Restoration Online (an entire house-load): all of the brass covers fall off on a daily basis (I've removed most, so now my character old home has white plastic light fittings); and the switches just stopped working on most (so have had to remove them and I manually push the bit of black plastic where the switch was). Appalling waste of money. See photos showing what they sell you and what you will end up with within 5 years!”
“Affordable and looks nice. However, a design flaw is that the bulb has no glass casing - this makes the bulb vulnerable for moist and insects. It is very hard to find an outdoor IP65 rated bulb.”
