“the hollow part is too shallow, so not the best for grasping to pull the door shut and open. would need to be a bit deeper for it to be more functional”
“Nice looking taps but the "cold" indicator button on the tap fell off after a few days. Manufacturer said sometimes the sticky part on the back isn't that strong and to use dishwasher resistant glue but that we may run into the same issue down the track. Customer service from restoration online was fantastic (contacted the manufacturer and replied promptly and sent me some extra buttons), but was a little disappointing as Bastow was reputed to be excellent quality.”
“Excellent form and finish on product casing but very poor integration of fan controller into the casing with butchered controller and subsequent skewed control knob. Queried product QC and staff stated that this is their acceptable finish. This controller is not viable for anything but a small fan due to being a small resistor. Poor value for money, would only purchase again for aesthetics.”
“These handles look brilliant when they first arrived and were installed, however despite being installed out of the weather in an undercover location, both handles I ordered are now showing a considerable amount of oxidation/ rusting on the external side of the door after a few months which is very disappointing.”
