“Looks nice, and works well until it doesn't. The fatal flaw with this product is that the switch is connected to the base with a verrrrrryy thin piece of plastic set inside the switch. Inevitably, this piece of plastic will break. At the moment I have two of these switches that are broken in my house, and I have replaced two others previously. Why am I still using these switches? I don't know. I need an alternative. Anyway, don't buy these. You guys should stop selling them. They are terrible.”

“We were very happy with the door handle itself. Unfortunately when fitting the handle there were internal parts of the lock missing our door builders had to make up parts for it to work. I did send an email mentioning this to your company.”
