“The heater only works briefly until it shuts off and shows that it has reached the max heating temperature (green light). However, the water in the Rinsekit is still ice cold. Leaving the heater on for many hours only works if the kit is subjected to movement, thus stirring and mixing the water which allows the heater to again come on. Only then does the water temp get to a comfortable temp.”

“I bought this as a form of showering while on the road and at home in case of an emergency. After reading the instructions I found it worrisome. First, off they reiterate a couple of times that it WILL kill your battery you MUST hook it to a running vehicle. With that said it does work wonderfully. Another issue I have is I wanted it for home use in case of an emergency. Living out in the boondocks we lose power a lot. There is no way to hook up to a generator with a 110 outlet plug. If this could be added then I would have given this a five-star review.”

This is correct, in creating the instruction booklet we wanted to be sure to provide customers with as much information about the heater as possible, this includes that it will drain your cars battery if not operated properly. As we make portable showers, most of our customers take our products off road, and this is why our heaters do not come with a wall charger option.
