“The rinsekit itself does as advertised, I'm satisfied by it mostly. My concerns are that I have a hard time understanding when I need to charge it, I don't like that I can't remove the hose from the unit, I'm actually worried about what I'll have to do if it gets damaged, will I be able to replace it? For the immersion heater, I wish it also came with a regular plug, I actually have a plug in the back of my truck or I'd like to be able to connect it to a portable generator like a bluetti, ecoflow, jackery without having to use the car charger. The tow hitch plug would be helpful if I could plug it into my truck but I have the wrong cable. I need to buy a separate adapter to be able to connect to it now.”
“The Rinse Kit Pro and Immersion Heater are everything the ads claimed they would be. I found the casing of the Pro to be solid with no problems. The reviewers that nay say the durability of the case could probably break an anvil with a rubber mallet. Nothing is indestructable so just don't abuse it. Very happy with the performance of both products. Be patient with the 12 volt accessory port heating option as the ports in vehicles are not wired to deliver a high power output. I have not used the Trailer Hitch Power Cord yet but if it's like my other Rinse Kit products I'm sure I will be impressed.”
How are you going to use your RinseKit?
On the Job
“The idea is great and with a specific vehicle to plug into hope that vehicle model is always available or perhaps get a solar generator?
I want a wall plug to plug into the wall at home.”
Hi Michael,
Thank you for your feedback and review of the RinseKit PRO & Immersion Heater. Our products typically are meant to be taken offroad and off-gird; places where you usually don't have running water or power. However, you can definitely heat the water in advance at home using an 12 volt wall adapter. Just keep in mind, using the 12 volt plug will take significantly more time to heat rather than the trailer hitch. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions.
Best,
Team RinseKit
