“I was super excited to recieve my 3.5 gal Rinse Kit Pro. It showed up and does not power on. I spoke to a representative from Rinse Kit, she suggested I charge it for 6 hours. I did so and nothing. I was then directed to file a warranty claim on the website and so far it has been crickets. Disappointed to say the least, thought I was purchasing a top of the line product. So far product and customer service have been a 2 out of 10. On a positive note, a human did answer when I called.”
