I’ve messaged multiple times about what is going to be done and no one is responding to me after an initial response asking for a photo of the shipping label. Definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company.”
“Received my refurbished rinsekit pro and didn’t even get to bring it with me on my camping trip as it died the 2nd day I tried to use it. It arrived in a beat up box. Out of the box, the LED light where it shows the battery voltage did not light up. I filled up the bucket with water and then pressed the power button. It did nothing. I plugged it into the wall and let it charge for a good 3 hours. Pushed the power button and the pump turned on but not the battery led light. I did a test with it to water some of my plants outside until all the water was out. Placed it inside my living room overnight and the next morning tried to use it again. It didn’t turn on! Charged it again for a few hours and nope, completely DEAD! So disappointed. Why claim on their website that they do quality control on refurbished products to ensure it is back to working condition like new? Waste of $ since they don’t do returns on refurbished products! No point in asking for warranty if they just send me another refurbished product. I do not recommend.”
“Product arrived and looked to be in great condition. I was very pleased with the cosmetic condition of the refurbished unit. I’m not even sure what the issue was, visually there’s maybe a little blush on the outside where molded ribs are but it’s very hard to notice. Product functionality seems to be working as expected. Charging and pressurized quickly. Happy customer.”
