“Any misprint is inconsequential. The product works great! I have had one or two iterations of the Rinse kit before where it would spring a leak if use with hot water. So far no issues with this new tank and I’m very happy with the product.”

“It is great for so many uses! I keep it in my truck for camping and traveling, also in my work truck. I work as a fire investigator and it's perfect for cleaning up tools and boots, especially for washing hands after an investigation so I don't bring dangerous contaminates inside my truck.

“The old Rinsekits that I had did not have the pressure booster and kept the pressure overnight and allowed me to spray much longer than the new one. I believe since there is a back up pump booster the focus on the main tank’s ability to hold as much pressure has been downgraded. I am pumping my new Rinsekit by hand way too much just to get the water out. I believe your research and development needs to go back to the drawing board, like 3 years ago when a thicker tank with reinforced seals and thread were produced. I had received one of the first thicker and reinforced tanks that was redesigned after working with one of your engineers and that tank lasted me for 3 years with no leaks and enough pressure to wash 3 dogs. My new and supposedly improved tank with the pump booster is only able to wash 1 dog without pumping. I loved the fact that I didn’t have to pump my old one by hand but I am getting frustrated by having to pump this new one by hand all the time. If your company has any of the older rinsekits that have reinforced seams and thicker walls with the pump booster, I would be interested in purchasing one of those also. Thank you for listening to my feedback and hopefully you are able to improve the amount of pressure that is held in the original tank.
P.S. just a quick note, I use the Rinsekit on a daily basis to wash my dogs after a hike, so when I say the old tank lasted me for 3 years, I mean it lasted 1100 uses with no issues. The new one lasted for 2 uses before the loss of pressure started to get worse.”

“Leaks pressure at the pump shaft when filling with a hose so it won’t work unless manually pumped up at every use. Gauge is inaccurate. I had the smaller version of Rinsekit and the tank split in 6 months. It was a gift so I had no warranty information or receipt. I’m probably done with Rinsekit as this is the second one that’s failed. If they’ve improved them and want to give me one to try that would be fair.”
