“Kind of disappointed, I have to fill it by pouring in the water because I have a pure water filter on my sink and don't want to take it off each time to fill in rinse kit. I plan on using it when it gets colder after a surf using warm water. I pumped up the pressure to max level. It took about 60 or more pumps. I sprayed out the water using the flat setting. The water stopped coming out. I thought the tank was close to empty, I was surprised at how much water came out when I emptied the tank. Any ideas to keep the pressure up so most of the water is used would be appreciated.”
Hi Richard!
Thank you for leaving us a review! Some spray settings will use more pressure than they do water, so settings such as jet, flat and shower will run out of pressure before they do water. It is normal for some water to be left over in the tank depending on the spray setting you are using. Please also make sure there is about an inch or two of space inside the tank so there is enough space for pressure to fill. If there is not enough space, not enough pressure can be pumped into the tank and you will be left with more water in your tank. Whenever you run out of pressure or want to get the last bit of water out of the tank, pump a few more times and you should be set!
“Fortunately, the Rinse Kit came with two drain plugs. One doesn’t hold the pressure, the o-ring won’t seat properly and it looks as if the molding around the drain plug was patched or something. The spare drain plug works though.
Once I got it working with the other drain plug, I still can’t get the pressure quite right. It sprays with full pressure for only about 30 seconds. Then, I’m left pumping vigorously to try and raise the pressure for the remaining water in the tanks.
So far…an unpleasant experience.”

Hi Richard,
Thank you for taking the time to review your RinseKit Plus + Pump! The tank of the Plus is insulated and can hold hot water up to 110 degrees Fahrenheit, from there, it will also keep the water hot for hours. You can also fill it with hot water directly from your home spigot using our Hot Water Sink Adapter (https://rinsekit.com/products/hot-water-sink-adapter) or you can fill it with water and heat it using our Hot Rod Water Heater (https://rinsekit.com/products/hot-rod-water-heater) to have hot water on the go! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!

“The pressure gauge is broke.. it never moves. We use this at our off grid cabin. One person pumps while the other showers. Or, you pump 30 times and shower for 10 seconds. The cord by the spray head is already kinked and shuts down the spray unless you hold it just right. It needs an included funnel or a much larger fill hole and a fitting for a bike pump”

“Best little kit for the Pontoon when we bring the dogs along and when we been play on the beach for all our feet. I have found this holds great pressure after 5 days and probably longer but used most the water cleaning dog paws before they get back on the pontoon.”
