I have looked further into your correspondence with our customer service rep and it looks like you submitted a warranty form and message on Saturday October 29th, the followed up with a return request Monday October 31st. As we are open Monday – Friday 9am-4pm PST, we were unable to respond to your two initial attempts to reach us immediantly. We promptly responded to the return request November 1st. On our product pages we do our best to make it clear on the 3 ways you can fill the RinseKit Pod, one of which being the Pressure Booster Pump. The other 2 ways are the Hose Bib Adapter and Hot Water Sink Adapter, both of which are meant to take your homes water pressure to fill the unit to take pressurized water with you remotely, when you don’t have access to a hose. I have looked up your order and it appears that you are still in the 30-day return window, if you are dissatisfied with your product. “Only reason I am not selecting 5 starts is because I do think the pressure is slightly lacking compared to how this is advertised. Its great don't get me wrong, but I think most people buy this thinking they will have fairly strong pressure throughout the whole 1.5 gallons but that is not the case.”
“This was a gift for my father in law for Father’s Day, my only suggestion would be to include some sort of directions with the rinsekit, he was clueless to what it did or how it worked. There was nothing included in the box.”

“I have been using RinseKit for several years. Got to offer my honesty as my 1st couple ended up not holding pressure but RinseKit 2x was replaced for FREE which was awesome and now just bought into a new one after several yrs, of use of my last one. I am a surfer and use it regularly and super stoked it delivers a hot pressurized shower for me right out of my car. Highly recommend. Keep it up RinseKit!”
