“I like everything about it, mostly that it’s south powered as I’ve had the other unit that was not and this is so much nicer. my only concern is that if the hoes were to break especially where it connects to the tank, there is no obvious way to ever replace it which would be a problem. Hopefully it just never breaks. But it’s a great system I use it for kids sports all the time and they love it.”
“I wish this product existed years ago. I used this for the first time at my mountain cabin, off grid. I immediately dumped my shower bags. I also used the non electric one, it was great.”
“The unit I purchased was defective and I called the company and was told to send it back and that I would receive a new unit. Once the company received the defective unit, I was contacted and told that the problem was fixed and that the same unit was being sent back.
This was not what I wanted nor what was agreed. The company told me that it was either take the unit back or refund. Terrible way to treat customers, will never purchase from them again.”

It appeared as though your problem has been resolved. RinseKit’s owner and inventor had a look at your unit once it was received back to our warehouse and it was universally determined that nothing was wrong with the internal parts or functionality of the PRO. We replaced the charger, which was the main point of concern arising from your first inquiry.
