“There is a hole in the back of mine, when I'm driving, it spilled all the water in my trunk and now needs to be dried, contacting back and forth on email and no one can really help me and said there is suppose to be a hole back there.”

Thank you for taking the time to review your PRO. We apologize for the issues you have run into. The hole on the back of the PRO is there intentionally as a drainage hole so that water can drain if it falls in between the tank and bucket. If you run into any further issues, please let us know!

“I received my order today. I unboxed the Rinse Kit Pro and was excited to use it and try it out for our upcoming trip in two days. The Rinse kit itself had no visible damage when I opened it up and everything looked good and was shipped ok. When I filled with water to test it out, I turned on the pump and water began to spray out from hose connector where it goes inside to the pump (not the spray nozzle). After a few minutes with the pump on, water began to come out from a small hole on the back of the Rinse Kit (maybe an over flow hole I'm assuming). The pump seems to continue to run and doesn't pressurize, I think there is a leak coming from the pump not allowing the system to run properly.
After a few back and forth emails this company did nothing to help me out! Terrible customer service!! I will not be recommending Rinsekits to anyone!!!”

With the PRO being our newest model, we are monitoring new insights as they are brought to light. We have looked at your email correspondence (started 7/19) with our CSR and they offered you two solutions (a replacement, and when you declined, they offered a refund) (7/20) We also sent a return label to get the leaking unit back to our warehouse for further inspection. Upon receiving the PRO back to our warehouse, a refund will be applied.
Again, we apologize that the PRO did not meet all of your expectations. We are working tirelessly to take all of the feedback we receive to relay to our manufactures, so these issues do not happen again.

“Rinsekit shipped with faulty spray nozzle. Emailed customer service because I needed the nozzle before leaving for a wilderness trip where this was to be my shower for 1 week. Even though I left detailed info on where to send the part, they contacted me 2 days later to ask what was wrong. At this point it was too late to get anything shipped so I went to Home Depot and spent $18 to replace the nozzle. The unit works fine now, but customer service dropped the ball here. Hope it lasts since my 2 other previous generation Original rinsekit and rinsekit plus leak badly...each one lasted less than a year.”

“It works as advertised although I think $300 is a little pricey for what you get. I was very disappointed to learn it has a nicad battery. I assumed it had a lithium battery like everything else these days. The nozzle seems cheap and light weight. It leaks a little when you’re done using it too. The worst part is the handle. When it’s full of water, it looks and feels like it’s going to break off the sides of the bucket.”
“RinseKit is a cool tool to have. Just got back from a five day camping trip. Only using it for showers. Yes, showered daily for two people. Made sure it was fully charged before we went out. Kept refilling it daily and heated the water for our nightly showers. RinseKit lasted the whole trip. I’m Extremely Happy with our purchase.”
