“I wish this product existed years ago. I used this for the first time at my mountain cabin, off grid. I immediately dumped my shower bags. I also used the non electric one, it was great.”
“The unit I purchased was defective and I called the company and was told to send it back and that I would receive a new unit. Once the company received the defective unit, I was contacted and told that the problem was fixed and that the same unit was being sent back.
This was not what I wanted nor what was agreed. The company told me that it was either take the unit back or refund. Terrible way to treat customers, will never purchase from them again.”
Hi Joseph,
Thank you for reviewing the RinseKit PRO! We take our customer feedback seriously and have looked further into the correspondence you had with our CSR. It appeared as though your problem has been resolved. RinseKit’s owner and inventor had a look at your unit once it was received back to our warehouse and it was universally determined that nothing was wrong with the internal parts or functionality of the PRO. We replaced the charger, which was the main point of concern arising from your first inquiry. After speaking to the owner about your concerns with receiving the original unit back, it was decided that a refund would be the best option for you. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance and we are always happy to help!

“its actual intended purpose of a camping accessory its 10/10 no issues...The digital voltage meter is nice but deceiving, How long does it actually take to charge? the indicator of flashing red/green on the charger itself never stops. the phone charger like male plugin to the rinsekit itself is odd, spinning the male plugin changes the frequency of flashes on the charger, charges to 13.8ish and when turned on stays between 12.3-12.9. Now too the performance, pressure is acceptable, but the amount/volume of water is on the low end, im an HVAC tech and tried using this product to wash air conditioner coils on roofs where water pressure is too low to use, so this rinsekit pro is the reservoir/booster pump, Its a step in the right direction, possibly a high/low mode to switch between for water and battery conservation(low) and a high powered more volume mode? Or just a bigger/stronger setup, i dont know the specifications of the pump in this model, but 3-4x or more pressure/volume with a 5-10+ gallon reservoir would work amazing for my application, even if its 750$+”
Hi Nicholas,
Thank you for taking the time to review the RinseKit PRO. To clarify, when the charger flashes red and green, that is meant to indicate that the unit is fully charged. As we have just released this model, new developments are being brought to our attention, such as this, and we have updated our FAQ’s accordingly.
The PRO is not advertised as a high-powered pressure washer, as such, the PRO should spray at a consistent 50 PSI for varying times, depending on what setting you are using on the spray nozzle. Perhaps, more power may be a future endeavor! Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance!

“Easy and simple to use from the box, just add water and is ready to use Was surprised with the amount of pressure and a pump that is not too loud. Overall the unit seems durable and well constructed. Only had for a month but as long as it continues to operate as when new, it is a great investment.”
