Thank you for taking the time to review your PRO. We apologize for the issues you have run into. The hole on the back of the PRO is there intentionally as a drainage hole so that water can drain if it falls in between the tank and bucket. If you run into any further issues, please let us know!

“I received my order today. I unboxed the Rinse Kit Pro and was excited to use it and try it out for our upcoming trip in two days. The Rinse kit itself had no visible damage when I opened it up and everything looked good and was shipped ok. When I filled with water to test it out, I turned on the pump and water began to spray out from hose connector where it goes inside to the pump (not the spray nozzle). After a few minutes with the pump on, water began to come out from a small hole on the back of the Rinse Kit (maybe an over flow hole I'm assuming). The pump seems to continue to run and doesn't pressurize, I think there is a leak coming from the pump not allowing the system to run properly.
After a few back and forth emails this company did nothing to help me out! Terrible customer service!! I will not be recommending Rinsekits to anyone!!!”

Thank you for taking the time to review your RinseKit PRO. We are so sorry that your unit was leaking. With the PRO being our newest model, we are monitoring new insights as they are brought to light. We have looked at your email correspondence (started 7/19) with our CSR and they offered you two solutions (a replacement, and when you declined, they offered a refund) (7/20) We also sent a return label to get the leaking unit back to our warehouse for further inspection. Upon receiving the PRO back to our warehouse, a refund will be applied.
Again, we apologize that the PRO did not meet all of your expectations. We are working tirelessly to take all of the feedback we receive to relay to our manufactures, so these issues do not happen again.
