“Thing is great! Only problem I had was that the wires were disconnected when I first got it. So I didn’t have a working pump or a voltage meter! I just unscrewed the screws and connected them back together. Now I’m back in action!”
“We bought this for camping, adventures with the kids, even quick rinse offs after parks, etc. It's great to have an we love our rinse kit! What I did not like was the vague instructions that came with this item which led to 3 calls to customer service. That said, customer service is absolutely amazing! They are friendly, knowledgeable and listened.
FYI: this unit when it flashes green/red its done charging. Red it's charging. In order TO charge it there is a car style charging port which uses what looked like a normal two prong "cigarette" style plug. However, you MUST line up the two metal prongs/tabs with the arrows next to the words lock point on the units charging port. Otherwise you will be yanking and pulling for your life to get the charger back out. The instructions mention nothing about this BUT the companies website under FAQ does, which I found out later but regardless should be clearly defined in the box.

“Love it! Used at the beach after playing in the surf. 3.5gal is enough to rinse sand&salt off four people with full wetsuits and gear.
Looking forward to the possible heater element as the water temp drops.
Only CON so far is the blue handle is super flimsy/flexing when full. I feel like it could break and gets caught when folded over hinge.
